1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YourQRFree ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YourQRFree provides a free QR code generation tool and optional Pro subscription features including dynamic QR codes, QR campaigns, advanced analytics, bulk generation, and SVG export.

• Free tier: Static QR code generation, available to all users without an account.
• Pro tier: Dynamic features requiring an active paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (€5/mo) or annually (€50/yr) via Stripe.
• A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.

4. Account Termination & Data

If your subscription expires or is cancelled and not renewed, your account will be permanently deleted. Your QR codes and campaign redirect URLs will continue to function but cannot be managed or edited after account deletion. We recommend exporting your data before cancelling.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate QR codes pointing to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or spam
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's infrastructure

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The YourQRFree platform, branding, and software are owned by us. QR codes you generate belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your content or destination URLs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that QR redirects will function indefinitely. Static QR codes generated locally are not subject to any server dependency.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourQRFree shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
