YourQRFree ("we", "us", "our") operates the website yourqrfree.site. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

  • Static QR codes are generated entirely in your browser. We do not receive, store, or process any data you enter for static QR codes.
  • Account registration: If you create a Pro account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password.
  • Dynamic QR codes & campaigns: We store the destination URLs you configure so we can redirect scans correctly.
  • Scan events: When a dynamic QR or campaign code is scanned, we log the timestamp, device type (mobile/desktop), and approximate country for analytics purposes.
  • Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Cookies & Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, our Google-certified consent management platform presents the available consent choices and communicates them through the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework where applicable. Advertising cookies and personalisation are used according to the choice communicated through that platform.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the service (QR redirects, dashboard access)
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To display scan analytics in your dashboard

Your account data is retained while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires and is not renewed, your account will be deleted. Your QR codes and campaign redirect URLs will continue to function but will no longer be editable.
