About YourQRFree
At YourQRFree, we believe that generating high-quality QR codes should be accessible, fast, and secure for everyone. We built this platform to provide a no-nonsense, privacy-focused tool that doesn't hold your data hostage.
Static QR images are created inside your browser. The text, link, contact details or WiFi credentials entered in the free generator are not required to leave your device to create the image. A finished QR code is not encrypted, however: anyone who can see it can decode its contents.
Our Mission
To empower individuals and businesses to connect physical and digital worlds seamlessly through reliable QR technology.
Why choose us?
- Privacy First: Static QR codes are generated locally directly in your browser.
- High Quality: We provide print-ready, high-resolution downloads.
- No Hidden Limits: Unlimited static scans forever. We only charge for dynamic capabilities that require ongoing server resources.
How we review our guides
Our educational pages focus on decisions that can be verified: QR data density, contrast, quiet zones, error correction, print formats and testing conditions. We link to primary technical or platform sources where they help, show a reviewed date, and avoid presenting a single print size as universally safe.
Found an error or an unclear instruction? Email support@yourqrfree.site. We review corrections and update the relevant page. You can also start with our QR Code Field Guide.
How the generator is tested
Each content type builds a specific, inspectable payload: HTTPS links, WiFi records, vCard contact data, telephone and message links, map queries, email drafts and calendar events. We verify that the form changes the encoded value, that PNG and SVG exports remain sharp, and that indexable pages include readable content before JavaScript runs. Our data-format reference publishes the structures the tool uses so results are not a black box.
What the tool does not promise
A QR image cannot guarantee that a third-party website remains online, that every phone supports every structured payload, or that a design will scan after an unknown printing process. We provide conservative guidance and a print-size calculator, but the final exported artwork must be tested on its intended material, at its intended distance and on more than one device.
Recent product review
On August 4, 2026, we reviewed every public generator type, corrected the structured WiFi, contact, messaging, email and event payloads, increased PNG export resolution to 1024 pixels, and consolidated repetitive search pages in favor of the main tool and independently useful guides.
