YourQRFree operates the website yourqrfree.site. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  • Static QR codes are generated entirely in your browser. We do not receive, store, or process any data you enter for static QR codes.
  • Account registration: If you create a Pro account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password.
  • Dynamic QR codes & campaigns: We store the destination URLs you configure so we can redirect scans correctly.
  • Scan events: When a dynamic QR or campaign code is scanned, we log the timestamp and device type for analytics.
  • Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Cookies & Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements to non-Pro users. Google may use cookies to serve personalized ads. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.

Pro subscribers see zero advertisements and are not subject to AdSense tracking on our site.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide QR redirects and dashboard access
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To display scan analytics in your dashboard
  • To send transactional emails (subscription confirmations, expiry notices)

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires and is not renewed, your account will be deleted. Your QR codes and campaign redirect URLs will continue to function but will no longer be editable.
